Discounted Prices
Discounted Prices
KW associates have the ability to send and receive Twilio text messages directly through Command. This includes SMS and MMS texts, both offered at discounted pricing.
We are able to offer agents a 12% to 17% discount on SMS texts and a 1% discount on MMS texts.
Currently, a Twilio user must pay for a Twilio phone number, a base cost per text, and a carrier cost per text. When combined, KW is able to package these costs at a lower rate for our associates to buy credits to send and receive messages.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to subscribe to this product, please ensure you are logged into your Personal Marketplace Company before moving forward with your checkout. For more information on this topic, please follow the link here: https://answers.kw.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034945513-Account-Options-in-KW-Marketplace. Twilio integration with Command offers the ability for recipients to send a text with the industry-standard KEYWORDS to Opt Out (Unsubscribe) / Opt In (Resubscribe).
One credit will be charged for the Opt Out and Opt In KEYWORDS Incoming Messages.
The first time you send a text to a phone number, Command sends the following text to communicate the option recipients have to stop receiving messages: "Prefer a phone call or email? Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply." No credits are discounted from your account for this message.
You should exercise best practices for contacts/lead collection and maintenance. You can store phone number information in Command, even for contacts who haven't consented to or signed up to receive text messages from you, but sending messages to contacts that have not consented to receive marketing content from you increases the risk of being involved in abuse complaints and compliance issues.

Credit Management
When you buy a Twilio monthly subscription, you get a number of credits assigned the 1st day of each month, and you are charged on a monthly basis.
Unused credits are rolled over to the following month and added to your monthly credit quota. Credits are valid for 12 months until used or until you cancel your subscription.
Command will send you Email notifications and Bell notifications when you reach 80%, 85%, 90%, and 95% of your credit limit and when you run out of credits.
If you run out of credits Command will not be able to send messages on your behalf but you will still receive messages and your credit counter will display a credit deficit.
You can upgrade/downgrade your subscription at any moment to increase/decrease your credit quota per month. Changes in the credit quota take effect immediately.
In Command, you always have visibility of the credits used vs. available by going to Settings and clicking the “Manage” button on Twilio or when composing a message.
