Notes:
  • All transactions are expected to have been processed and closed.
  • No out-of-balance or other items will be researched. These will be handled with a journal entry as needed in order to transmit.
  • No bank reconciliations will be completed.
  • OP must be available to approve financials.
  • Service must be purchased during the last 5 days of the month (including any weekends or holidays) or the first 5 days of the month must be discussed with a member of the KWRI MC Services team. Depending on the timing of the purchase, there is no guarantee of availability.
  • Service representative who is experienced in all Keller Williams systems and models
  • Service representative who has passed criminal and financial background checks
  • Service representative who is proficient in the latest Keller Williams technology and MCA software
