What to expect
Command Email is the default email service used by KW to send emails on your behalf from your KW technology applications.
Each associate receives 5,000 email sends per month at no charge.
Visit the Editions & Pricing tab to view the paid plan upgrades available to increase your email capacity.
Which emails are sent using Command Email?
Currently, all emails sent by Smart Plans, including customized SmartPlans, Monthly Neighborhood Nurture, and other emails sent to your consumers through KW technology portals.
Additional Applets will start using Command Email service to send your emails in the coming months.
Name and reply-to email customization
Visit the “Mail Service” section in Command Settings to customize:
Display Name:the name to be displayed in the FROM address that your recipients will see (Command Email uses your first and last name as default)Reply-to Address:select from a list of email addresses you have in the KW system (white pages, marketing profile email, KW email, recovery email) or adding/editing a new email address.
Track your monthly email usage
Check how many emails you have used out of your monthly limit by going to Settings and clicking the “manage” button on Command Email or in the Command Email Metrics report.
Check your Command Email metrics
Command reports now include Command Email metrics where you can track your monthly email usage as well as key metrics including open rates, click rates, replies, unsubscribes, undeliverables, and spam reports.
